


• 1 large red pepper
• 1 large green pepper, canned
• ½ cup hot jalapeño peppers, chopped
• ¼ cup pepper juice
• 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
• 1½ cups white vinegar
• 1 box Sure-Jell or 1 6OZ liquid fruit pectin
• 6½ cups sugar
1. In a large pot, combine all ingredients except the sugar.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
3. Add the sugar and stir well.
4. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil for 1 minute.
5. Remove from heat and immediately seal in sterilized jars.
6. Allow jars to cool and set. Store in a cool, dark place.
7. Serve as an appetizer by dumping over cream cheese and eating with crackers (A party hit!) or use as a glaze for BBQ
